CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICIES
1- Cancellation policy :
Our clients have the possibility to cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days’ notice.
To do so, simply send a cancellation request by email, indicating last name, first name and client number to customer.care@hyphen-mobility.com.
Upon receipt of the cancellation request, a confirmation email will be sent to the client, by our Customer Service, to the email address indicated in the customer file within 5 working days.
2- Reimbursement policy :
If a client wishes to dispute a payment, they may do so in writing explaining the reason for the request to be reimbursed. We will review the situation and contact them within 2-5 business days.
If his situation is deemed to receive a reimbursement, we will refund integrally the amount disputed by the client by wire transfer within 10 business days. No bank fees will be charged to the client.
